The Tozzi Nord TN535 is known as one of the top generating wind turbine performers in its class. The Tozzi’s TN535 rare combination of special features such as its large rotor diameter measuring 13.2m, with active pitch-controlled blades, a gearless direct-drive permanent magnet generator, and an active yaw-controlled nacelle which is mounted on top of its huge 24m tubular steel tower, makes this 10kW wind turbine the top performer it is able to produce up to 52,250kwH @ an average wind speed of 7m/sec per annum year on year to come. Return on investment can be achieved in less than four years.
This turbine was maintained throughout its short operation until last year when it was switched off due to an inverter fault. The reason for sale is because the turbine is so poorly sited that it only produced approx. 12,000kwH per annum. This was also the reason why the previous owner did not want to invest in replacing the inverter and pay for a full yearly service.
Full-Service History available – A brand new ABB Inverter will be fitted as well as a full-year service given before dismantling and collection by the buyer. Due to its young age, low hours of operation and fully serviced condition means that no refurbishing works are necessary and a trouble-free installation is to be expected.
